Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory Euless

First time here. I love it. It was fast service, great quality food and super affordable I'd come back again next time I'm in town.

They’re super super quick with the food and very nice! The most efficient Rosa’s I’ve ever been to! Everyone is also really nice and the place is super clean as well. I continue to come here and I love it!

I don't dine at Rosa's very often. But I don't mind it when I do. It's always a pleasant experience. From parking lot to placing my order to receiving the food, to the dining part. It's always pleasant, the locations I've dined at have always been clean and well lit, the staff is professional and courteous, the food has always been hot and fresh.

Excelente delicious Mexican style food restaurant, Great location and for the most part every employee treats you with respect and dignity as one of the family with much respect and professional attitude we recommend family, friends and public in general this grapevine restaurant location

I have gone to this location twice in 2 days and both times were not good experiences. The first day I went to get breakfast which I went through the drive thru to get. By the time I got to eat my food about 10 minutes later my potatoes looked as if they had sat all day and my tortillas were cold. Then the very next day I took my daughters out to lunch and we dined in and the cashier who took our order took it upon herself to add an item on to our order which we didn't see until we got our food and we had to figure out by looking at the receipt to see she charged us for something we didn't ask for. I went to get it fixed and yes they did refund the money but not before being asked if we didn't like the food which first off I had not had before but it wasn't that it was just the fact that we didn't order the item but she put it on there and after this i was told we had to return the item which we did. Not the first time I had been charged for something I didn't order. My family does enjoy coming here and the food is normally great but the last 2 days they just weren't up to par on food and service in my opinion. The photo I have provided are the potatoes that came with my breakfast I ordered.

This Rosa's location has become the BEST one I've ever been to. The food is always hot and very good, the entire place is very clean including the hot sauce bar, and the employees are very courteous and friendly! The Manager, Angel, who works harder than anyone I've seen, always greets me and my Fiance every time.

We normally do take out but tonight my son and I went in and ate dinner. The food was very good, I had the Taco Salad and he had 2 chicken tacos. Then we had the sopapilla. It was different from most I've ever had, the dough was super thin. Very good!!! But I think I like them to be a little more doughy. But still a 5 star experience.

Food is good. Service is always very fast and accurate. Don't think I've ever had my order wrong there either. Good place to grab some lunch.
